Mettete nell’acqua, 110 gr di latte, lo zucchero e il lievito di birra e sciogliere.<br />

Trasferite l’impasto in una ciotola, coprite con pellicola trasparente e lasciate lievitare fino a che nn raddoppia di volume.<br />
<br />
Foderate uno stampo da plum cake con carta forno.<br />
Trasferite gli impasti lievitati su un piano da lavoro e con l’aiuto di un mattarello stendete entrambi in un rettangolo.<br />
Spennellate leggermente il rettangolo bianco con un pò di latte e sovrapponete il rettangolo al cacao.<br />
Passate delicatamente il mattarello sopra il rettangolo al cacao per farlo aderire bene a quello bianco.<br />
Arrotolate l’impasto dal lato lungoe adagiatelo nello stampo preparato.<br />
<br />
lasciate lievitare fino al raddoppio del volume (circa 3 ore).<br />
Preriscaldate il forno a 180°.<br />
Cuocete in forno caldo per 35-40 minuti circa.<br />
<br />
Togliete con attenzione dal forno e lasciate raffreddare il pane per 10-15 minuti all’interno dello stampo, poi sformatelo e fatelo raffreddare su una gratella prima di servire.</div>

Fare le girate alla pasta metterla su un tagliere a lievitare e coprire con pellicola e strofinaccio fare lievitare per 30.</div>

Rifare le girate per tre volte ogni 30'.</div>

Io da questo impasto ho tolto una parte e ho fatto i panzerottini e ho tolto la parte centrale che usato sempre per i panzerottini, ho fatto la pitta.</div>

L'ho messa sulla carta forno con la farina l'ho unta appena appena ho messo la pellicola lo strofinaccio e ho lasciato levitare altri 30'.</div>

Ho informato a forno caldo a 220°C per 10' e poi ho abbassato a 200°C per 20'.</div>

Poi versare nell'acqua la farina e lavorare. Aggiungere il sale e poi l'olio, impastare per 10' fino a quando non incorda l'impasto.<br />
Fare i panini di circa 250g e lasciare lievitare con della farina sotto.<br />
Stendere l'impasto e adagiarlo su una padella da piadina condire la pizza, con pomodoro condito mozzarella melanzane e parmigiano . Accendere il fornello e accendere il forno con il grill accesso a 250°C. Cominciare a cuocere la pizza prima sul fornello fino a quando non sia bella <u>cotta</u> e poi in forno per almeno 5'.</div>

Per impastare i bomboloni:<br />
Mettere in una ciotola latte, lievito, uova e zucchero e amalgamare bene il tutto .<br />
Aggiungere gli aromi e la farina e impastare bene il tutto.<br />
Aggiungere il burro a pezzetti un po' per volta.<br />
Mettere l'impasto in una ciotola infarinata a lievitare almeno per 2 ore.<br />
Poi mettere l'impasto su un piano da lavoro infarinato e stendere con un mattarello e con un coppa pasta tagliare la pasta in tanti dischetti che poi lasciare traccia lievitare su della carta forno infarinata per almeno 1ora e poi friggeteli.<br />
Poi riempirli con crema pasticcera e spolverarli con zucchero a velo. </div>

Oggi a Novara fa freddo stamattina tutto ghiacciato.<br />
Chi se la prende la briga di uscire, sono senza pane e mi tocca panificare.<br />
Oggi amici miei facciamo i "Panini all'olio"!<br />

Vi aggiungo la ricetta:<br />
<br />
1k di farina<br />
500g di acqua<br />
30g di lievito di birra<br />
150g di olio<br />
8g di zucchero<br />
15g di sale.<br />
<br />
Nella bacinella della planetari mettere tutti i liquidi meno 50g di acqua che serviranno per sciogliere il sale.<br />
Aggiungere la farina lasciandone per ultimo un 100g circa che useremo più tardi.<br />
Azioniamo la planetaria con la k per circa 3' a velocità 1<br />
Cambiamo e mettiamo il gancio e aggiungiamo il sale sciolto nell'acqua. Lavoriamo ancora aggiungiamo la farina, lavoriamo ancora e fermiamo la macchina quando l'impasto sarà bello liscio.<br />
Mettiamolo in una bacinella con della farina a lievitare per circa un'ora , in un ambiente caldo.<br />
Prendiamo l'impasto, capovolgiamolo su un tavolo infarinato.<br />
Stendiamolo e tagliamolo a strisce di un peso di circa 100g. (Vengono circa 15 panini).<br />
Arrotoliamo l'impasto su se stesso e lasciamolo lievitare per circa un ora, su una teglia con carta forno infarinata.<br />
Cuocere a 200°C per 20'/25'<br />

4 uova<br>
300 g di farina<br>
250 g di zucchero<br>
1 bicchiere di latte<br>
1 bicchiere di olio<br>
1 yogurt di 125 ml<br>
Aroma limone aroma arancia<br>
1 bustina di lievito per dolci<br>
6 mele</p>
<p dir="ltr">Procedimento :</p>
<p dir="ltr">Versate le uova nella planetaria con lo zucchero.<br>
Montatele per 5 minuti.<br>
Incorporate la farina e il lievito. <br>
Miscelate e aggiungete i liquidi.<br>
Nell'impasto aggiungete 3 mele tagliate a cubetti e versate in una teglia imburrata e infarinata precedente. <br>
Adagiate sopra 3 mele tagliate a fettine.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180 grado per 30/35'<br>

300 g Farina manitoba<br>
700 cc di acqua<br>
1 bustina di lievito mastro fornaio<br>
15 g di sale<br>
5 g di zucchero</p>
<p dir="ltr">Impastare il tutto è poi mettere in una ciotola con farina a lievitare x 45'.<br>
Capovolgere l'impasto su una spianatoia con farina e fare le pieghe.<br>
Rimettere in una ciotola con farina a lievitare per altri 45'.<br>
Ripetere ancora la cosa è <u>fare</u> lievitare ancora per altri 45".<br>
Fare la pezzatura allungarlo fatelo lievitare e adagiatelo su una teglia a lievitare infornatelo a 200 C per 20/25'.</p>

600g di farina 00<br>
400g di farina di grano duro rimacibata<br>
200g di farina di mais <br>
7g di lievito disidratato<br>
15g di sale<br>
5g di zucchero<br>
5g di olio</p>
<p dir="ltr">650cc. di acqua </p>
<p dir="ltr">Acqua, zucchero, lievito e olio in planetaria.<br>
Aggiungete le farine e impastate. Quasi alla fine aggiungete il sale. Lavorate l'impasto fate le forme fate lievitare e cuocete a 230°C per 45/50'.</p>

3 uova<br>
250g di zucchero <br>
300 g di farina <br>
200 ml di olio di semi<br>
200 ml di latte<br>
30g di cacao<br>
1 bustina di vanillina<br>
1 grattata di limone<br>
1 bustina di lievito x dolci<br>
Zucchero in granella per guarnire.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo per plum cake.<br>
Accendere il forno a 180°C.<br>
Mettere nella planetaria le uova e lo zucchero montare a massima velocità. <br>
Aggiungere l'olio e la farina e montare per 5 minuti.<br>
Aggiungere il latte e la bustina di vanillina e di lievito.<br>
Versare 3/4 d'impasto nello stampo nel rimanente aggiungere il cacao e appena un goccio di latte. <br>
Versarlo nella parte centrale dello stampo distribuendo per il lungo solo in mezzo.<br>
Aggiungete dello zucchero in granella per guarnire.<br>
Mettere lo stampo nel forno per 45'a 180°C.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Fate a strati in una teglia mettendo melanzane fritte, sugo di pomodoro, mozzarella, formaggio e basilico. Ripetete l'operazione 5 o 6 volte, ultimo strato pomodoro e formaggio e infornate. Lasciate cuocere in forno per circa 30' .<br>

250g di latte <br>
100g di zucchero <br>
25g di lievito <br>
1 cucchiaino di sale <br>
1 fiala di aroma arancia <br>
1 bustina di vanillina <br>
50 g di strutto<br>
1 uovo<br>
1 tuorlo e 5 cucchiai di latte per spennellare <br>
Zucchero in granelli<br>
Forno a 200°C per 30'</p>
<p dir="ltr">Mettere in planetaria il lievito e il latte sciolto in precedenza. <br>
Aggiungere la farina, lo zucchero e l'uovo .<br>
Far lavorare bene l'impasto, quando ha preso corda aggiungere lo strutto e il sale. Impastare ancora e poi lasciare lievitare per 30'. Sgonfiare l'impasto fare delle pieghe e metterlo a lievitare nello stampo. Spennellare con tuorlo e latte; aggiungere lo zucchero in granella lasciare lievitare fino a quando l'impasto arrivi al bordo.<br>
Cuocere in forno a 200°C per 30'.<br>
